With a decade of experience as a trainer and coach, Andrew leverages his extensive continuing education in areas such as strength & conditioning, nutrition, mobility training, breathwork/meditation and more to guide, treat and train the whole person.

Sarah Buckley is a coach and owner of Persist Fitness and co-owner of the Prevail Strength x Movement training facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
​
The fitness industry can feel like the wild west. Her goal for her clients is that they feel heard, are educated about how they can better themselves, and in 2018, she started Persist Fitness with the goal of creating a non-intimidating environment that meets people where they are and helps them to construct and achieve goals.
​
Currently, she holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credentials from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has her Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist and Internal Strength Model Coaching certifications. She is also an ELDOA 1 & 2 Student.

Audrey chose personal training as a career because of her interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Additionally, it was important for her to begin training to cultivate a safe environment for people who want to exercise. One that emphasizes physical and mental growth.

After spending 12 years in corporate America, Kyle decided to follow his passion for helping people through exercise and fitness.

A graduate of Otterbein University where he played collegiate baseball, more recently Kyle became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE).
When not working with his clients, Kyle plays in a local men’s baseball league, loves basketball, flag football, hiking, walking his dog, reading and spending time with his family.

Emily is the owner of Three Trees Training which offers strength and nutrition coaching. She is passionate about helping all bodies feel strong, capable, and confident gaining strength. With a background as a collegiate swimmer, and a now competitive Olympic lifter, she brings a powerful mix of experience in strength training, functional fitness, and sustainable nutrition.

Her coaching style is rooted in empathy, expertise, and zero judgment. Emily believes every body has a story—and her job is to listen closely, observe how you move, and create a personalized approach that supports both your goals and your lifestyle.

She currently holds credentials in Strength Coaching through USAW-L1, CF L1 and L2, Conjugate Powerlifting L-1, and Nutrition Coaching through WAG-CNC.​
