With a decade of experience as a trainer, coach and more recently as a therapist, Andrew leverages his extensive continuing education in areas such as strength & conditioning, nutrition, mobility training, breathwork/meditation and manual therapy to guide, treat and train the whole person.

Movement & Manual Therapy: ELDOA (5.2), SomaTraining, SomaTherapy

Nutrition & Wellness Coaching: Pn1, SSR, IAM Yoga Nidra (Level II)

SARAH BUCKLEY

CO-OWNER & PERSONAL TRAINER

"I am here to provide the individuals with the chance to do things and be someone they may have never thought possible!"

Sarah Buckley is a coach and owner of Persist Fitness and co-owner of the Prevail Strength x Movement training facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The fitness industry can feel like the wild west. Her goal for her clients is that they feel heard, are educated about how they can better themselves, and in 2018, she started Persist Fitness with the goal of creating a non-intimidating environment that meets people where they are and helps them to construct and achieve goals. 

Currently, she holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credentials from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has her Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist and Internal Strength Model Coaching certifications. She is also an ELDOA 1 & 2 Student.

AUDREY WIEMERS

PERSONAL TRAINER

Audrey chose personal training as a career because of her interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Additionally, it was important for her to begin training to cultivate a safe environment for people who want to exercise. One that emphasizes physical and mental growth.

TAYLOR LUCKETT

PERSONAL TRAINER

"My passion for health and fitness is what drives me to help others see the importance of it."

Taylor is a retired collegiate football and basketball athlete as well as Air Force veteran. His personal training certification is through NASM. He also specializes in performance enhancement and corrective exercise. 

 

He wants to educate and help instill confidence in each client and show them they are capable of tackling any task that gets in their way—whether you are a weekend warrior or playing with your grandkids.  The road to becoming healthy and fit can be a challenging one. Taylor will help guide people to their goals in a fun and effective way!

Private 1-1, $75/hour

Semi-private, $65/hour

EMILY FAAS

PERSONAL TRAINER, NUTRITION COACH, PREVAIL GM

"I have a passion for helping people find joy in movement, create balanced exercise habits, strive to be the strongest versions of themselves."

Emily is a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach in the Cincinnati area. She was a swimmer in college and now competes in CrossFit, creating a history and variety of experiences within metabolic conditioning, strength training, gymnastics, and all forms of functional fitness. She's worked with clients from all ages and all fitness experience levels. Her training comes from a place of empathy and enthusiasm. Everyone’s body has a story to tell, and it’s her job as a coach to learn what your body needs through watching how you move, and listening to WHY they want to move now and in the future.

Movement is for everyone, and she is so excited to work with whomever shares that sentiment 🙌🏼

Current Availability/Pricing (as of September 2024):

$60/hour for 1-sessions, week to week scheduling, and reschedules

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 a.m., 10 a.m.

BRANDON LARSON

PERSONAL TRAINER

Brandon has been in health and fitness since 2011. Having first started working at a sports performance clinic in college, his main area of interest has always been how to get the most out of the body with a focus on injury prevention and post-rehabilitation work.

He has since learned how to take the same principles working with athletes and apply it to helping clients of all ability levels get the most out of their bodies.

He is a big believer in the value of helping clients build consistency and strives to help all his clients not only reach their goals, but help them reach a healthier homeostasis.

MATT BAUMER

PERSONAL TRAINER

"I love helping people get stronger, gain confidence, challenge themselves, and learn how to have fun in the gym."

Matt is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati Exercise Science program, former USAPL competitive powerlifter, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. 

As a Coach, Matt is a strong proponent of using proven, reliable and effective training methods backed by science, helping people progress efficiently and effectively. Matt loves getting to know all types of people and showing them what they are capable of achieving through training.

Outside of the gym, Matt loves watching movies, trying new local restaurants, cooking, getting active outdoors, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
