With a decade of experience as a trainer, coach and more recently as a therapist, Andrew leverages his extensive continuing education in areas such as strength & conditioning, nutrition, mobility training, breathwork/meditation and manual therapy to guide, treat and train the whole person.

Sarah Buckley is a coach and owner of Persist Fitness and co-owner of the Prevail Strength x Movement training facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The fitness industry can feel like the wild west. Her goal for her clients is that they feel heard, are educated about how they can better themselves, and in 2018, she started Persist Fitness with the goal of creating a non-intimidating environment that meets people where they are and helps them to construct and achieve goals.
Currently, she holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credentials from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has her Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist and Internal Strength Model Coaching certifications. She is also an ELDOA 1 & 2 Student.

Audrey chose personal training as a career because of her interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Additionally, it was important for her to begin training to cultivate a safe environment for people who want to exercise. One that emphasizes physical and mental growth.

After spending 12 years in corporate America, Kyle decided to follow his passion for helping people through exercise and fitness.
A graduate of Otterbein University where he played collegiate baseball, more recently Kyle became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE).
When not working with his clients, Kyle plays in a local men’s baseball league, loves basketball, flag football, hiking, walking his dog, reading and spending time with his family.

Emily is a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach in the Cincinnati area. She was a swimmer in college and now competes in CrossFit, creating a history and variety of experiences within metabolic conditioning, strength training, gymnastics, and all forms of functional fitness. She's worked with clients from all ages and all fitness experience levels. Her training comes from a place of empathy and enthusiasm. Everyone’s body has a story to tell, and it’s her job as a coach to learn what your body needs through watching how you move, and listening to WHY they want to move now and in the future.
Movement is for everyone, and she is so excited to work with whomever shares that sentiment 🙌🏼
Current Availability/Pricing (as of January 2025):
$80/hour for 1:1 sessions, week to week scheduling, and reschedules
